Clive Meredith Clive was elected as a District Councillor for the Whitfield Ward at the Local Government Elections in May 2003. He is Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group on the Council and serves on the Scrutiny (Policy & Performance) Committee,
He was a teacher for thirty years before taking early retirement. Clive takes a keen interest in history and is a member of the Historical Association.
